What are your access hours and is 24-hour access available?
Gate access is 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. 24-hour access may be available on select units or parking spaces—ask our team and we’ll confirm eligibility.
What are your office hours?
Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sat 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Sun closed. If you need help outside office hours, many tasks can be handled online.
Where are you located and which areas do you serve?
We’re at 1548 Old US 10, Laurel, MT 59044, about 1 mile from downtown Laurel with easy access via I-90BUS/Old U.S. 10. We're easily accessible from I-90 and the Laurel Airport, and we serve customers from Laurel, West Billings, Park City, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Do you offer RV, boat, or vehicle parking?
Yes. Uncovered outdoor parking for cars, trucks, trailers, campers, boats, and RVs. Ask about 20′/30′/40′ space options and 24-hour access by request. See current rates & availability on our Unit Prices page.
What sizes do you offer and what fits?
Use our Size Guide to visualize common unit sizes (from 5×5 to 10×30) and what typically fits each one. It’s the quickest way to pick the right unit.
How do I rent a unit or parking space?
- Check Unit Prices for availability
- Reserve online in minutes
- Bring photo ID (and registration/insurance for vehicle spaces) on move-in day.
- We’ll then activate your gate code.
What security features do you have?
Our facility features perimeter fencing, computer-controlled gated entry, security lighting, and video monitoring in key areas. Always keep valuables out of sight and lock your vehicle/unit.
Can I pay my bill online and set up autopay?
Do you rent U-Haul trucks or trailers?
Yes—ask about our U-Haul rentals when you call or stop by. Availability varies, so it’s best to reserve ahead.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
We offer drive-up storage and outdoor parking; we do not currently advertise climate-controlled units. If you’re storing temperature-sensitive items, ask our team for best practices.
What items are prohibited?
No perishables, live animals, flammables/fuel, explosives, illegal items, or anything that could attract pests or create a hazard. For vehicles: no in-unit repairs or vehicle habitation.
What lock do I need?
We recommend a disc lock for best security. If you don’t have one, ask the office for options.
How do move-outs work?
We’re month-to-month. When you’re done, empty and sweep your unit, remove your lock, and let us know so we can close the account.
